Phase 1 of UTLearn, UT Austin’s first University-wide employee training management system, launched this spring, and several training courses, including many compliance modules, are now housed in UTLearn. Over time, UTLearn is slated to replace TXClass, the Compliance Training System (CTS), and other shadow training systems across campus.
To support employees and supervisors in learning more about the functionality of UTLearn, we have designed several brief videos, which are housed on the UTLearn Help page:
- The User Navigation video provides an overview for employees on how to search for and register for courses in UTLearn.
- The Manager/Supervisor Role video provides an overview for supervisors on assigning training to your staff, managing training requests and reporting options.
As one of the first new system launches from the Administrative Systems Modernization Program (ASMP 2.0), UTLearn is an example of how this modernization effort is working to bring greater efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence to the University.
