Phase 1 of UTLearn, UT Austin’s first University-wide employee training management system, launches today. UTLearn is now generally available to employees and houses multiple compliance training modules, among many other employee training courses.
As you may be aware, UTLearn will ultimately replace the functionality of TXClass and the Compliance Training System (CTS). The list of existing courses moving from TXClass to UTLearn in Phase 1 is available on the UTLearn website. Some functionality in these earlier systems will no longer be available after April 11, 2016. For additional information on the pending TXClass changes, please view the project update from March 15, 2016.
Note: Existing/future courses that must be available to non-employees are remaining in TXClass and/or CTS for Phase 1.
To receive course management access, you will need to take the UTLearn Training Management course. Log in to UTLearn to view the current available sessions.
As one of the first new system launches coming from the Administrative Systems Modernization Program (ASMP 2.0), UTLearn is an example of how this modernization effort is working to bring greater efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence to the University.
